British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) Annual Exhibition and Conference
Consistent creative thinking is the key to our long standing relationship with the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA).
We have worked with BIBA for the past 19 years on its prestigious flagship event – the Annual Exhibition and Conference. In 2015 the event was held at Manchester Central and was attended by a record breaking 6,379 visitors – including 3,950 brokers.
As the BIBA conference is such an established event it is crucial that all elements are executed with precision and professionalism.
Each year that we are re-appointed we are contracted to provide our full range of event services, including shell schemes, electrics, furniture hire, carpeting, graphics, registration and other special features.
Over the years we have produced solutions to a wide range of requests for the event, from introducing our “Shell Scheme Plus” option, thereby making it easier for exhibitors to participate at the event to a new entrance feature in 2014.
The 2015 event saw the expansion of the new self-registration system, which required a total re-design of the registration area, including last minute changes to the queuing system. Also, following a new brief given at a planning meeting in March, we designed and built a new and improved look for the Media Zone.
As a result of the efficient and reliable service we provide we are welcomed back year after year and we are proud to contribute to the growing success of BIBA’s annual exhibition and conference.
